Experience a spectacular 5 course menu created by Chef Jason Audette (2 West) and Laurent of Arcadian Pastures. Chef Jason and Laurent have combined forces for this event; offering several dishes designed specifically for foods obtained from Arcadian Pastures in Sloansville, NY. This one of a kind menu will delight your taste buds! Also during the event, enjoy locally made wines, beers and ciders: we’ll have a beer and cider tasting to kick things off and dinner will be paired with 5 wines for 5 courses.
Proceeds from the event will benefit AIM Services, a private, not-for-profit organization providing residential and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury.
Tickets are $75 per person (includes paired beer, wine, cider; other beverages available at cash bar; does not include tax or gratuity). Limited tickets are available.
